Other individuals walked away from the desk as a result of her terrible attitude. This was my 3rd and final time staying on the flamingo.
We gave the OK however my husband took photographs of all of our stuff earlier than we left. I tried to name the customer support quantity but was knowledgeable that they were out of the US and I needed to talk to someone on website. So, you guessed it, we waited in the line, tried to maintain calm and hopeful that someone dirryroulette would make it proper ultimately. My husband also tried to talk to Caesar's Rewards, , and so they only pointed out what the supervisor appeared like so we may ask to talk to her as soon as we made to the front of the line.
- So we called down to the entrance desk to allow them to know, to no avail bc they didn't show or contact us again both.

We inquired what could be carried out concerning the TV issue and he or she offered to "improve us" to a room with an analogous view. I referred to as the customer service line as soon as more to see if there was ANYONE else that I might converse to and all I acquired again was an unapologetic, monotone, lady that provided to file a complaint for me. We waited the remainder of the night for the Engineering Manager to show up together with his "clarification or apology" but you guessed it, no show.

This isn't the Flamingo I have stayed at and loved up to now. Thinking we wouldn't be in the room a lot, we determined to just make-do. When we woke Monday I needed to jump int he shower. Water barely warmed up, so I took a fast one. I do not normally call and complain as a end result of I don't desire them considering I am looking for any freebies.

Not One Of The Best – Flamingo Las Vegas Lodge & Casino
Stayed right here Halloween weekend for the When We Were Young Festival. Paid for a king bed with a High Roller view. Arrived after 10 PM on a Thursday evening and still needed to wait in line for almost an hour to use a self examine in kiosk. Initial impression was the room was very good but the TV did not work. We were advised to verify in w the front desk within the AM, which we did. They asked if it was alright to enter the room whilst we were gone for the day, sightseeing.
We are planning an enormous group trip (12-14) in March. I am coordinating it and was recommending to the others we keep on the Flamingo because of its location and my good experiences there in the past. Instead, we are going to stay elsewhere (Harrah's, New York, etc) related in value but much cleaner and never in such a state of dis-repair. Next time we'll stay at a sister-property like Harrah's or the Linq. Something comparable in price but trying a lot better. Until some adjustments happen, I will not advocate this place to anybody. I did notice that a few of the buttons int he hallways for the elevators did not work.
So we referred to as all the method down to the front desk to let them know, to no avail bc they did not present or contact us again both. The "complaint name" got via to someone, the next day about 24 hours later and offered us a $50 food credit score to any of their Caesar's owned restaurants. WHAT A JOKE. Of course upon checkout, there wasn't an actual person to satisfy with and we couldn't probability missing our flights over one other disappointing customer service expertise, so we were pressured to used the self kiosk to examine out. We will NEVER suggest the Flamingo to anyone for something. We appreciate you taking the time to supply your feedback, Lisa. Your feedback have been shared with the suitable group for their enter and a focus. We worth your patronage and hope to look ahead to welcoming you again.
